ML DEVCO Inc. is a subsidiary of Magil Laurentian Realty Investments Company, a family-owned real estate development and investment firm with over forty five years real estate and development experience.

Currently in its second generation, our family business has navigated through and grown from decades of real estate and investment cycles as a result of its strict adherence to the conservative principles and the solid integrity on which it was founded.
